UB brews Rs 1200 cr expansion

asad Sangameswaran / Mumbai August 31, 2007The UB Group plans to invest Rs 1,200 crore in capacity expansion of its breweries to manufacture beer.

The expansion, taking place across the country, will consist of setting up greenfield projects in Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. The expansion would be completed in three years, company executives told Business Standard.

Post-expansion, the group
