The project "Uppal's Jade" would be developed over 13.25 acres of land with total saleable area of 1.2 million sq ft.
"The group-housing project will be developed with an estimated investment of Rs 250 crore," the company said in a statement. The project has been launched at Rs 1,950 a sq ft.
"The project is coming up at a time when Faridabad is on the fast track of becoming one of the emerging and happening cities near Delhi," Managing Director Manish Uppal said.
The company would build 700 units in the project, which is expected to be ready for occupancy by 2010 end.
The Delhi-based firm is planning to invest over Rs 8,000 crore in the next five years to develop four special economic zones and two hotels in the north India.
Uppal has already received the notification for two SEZs in Gurgaon, while it has got the formal approval for two SEZs planned in Uttar Pradesh.

It is developing a 263 acre multi-service SEZ and an IT/ITeS SEZ in Gurgaon spread over 87 acre of land.
Uppal plans to develop two more SEZs in Uttar Pradesh over 26 acre of land each where it has got the formal approval and notification is under process.
In hospitality, the company is developing two hotels in Gurgaon and Chandigarh comprising 390 rooms. The Uppal Group has reported a turnover of Rs 775 crore last fiscal.
