UTI Bank has posted a 40% jump in net profit for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 (Q3FY07) at Rs 184.61 crore when compared with Rs 131.71 crore for Q3FY06.According to an official release issued by the bank to the BSE today, total income has increased to Rs 1469.36 crore for Q3FY07 from Rs 920.12 crore for Q3FY06.
