Valdel Xtent, the Bangalore-headquartered $25 million BPO service provider, is planning to acquire a 1,000 seats contact centre in the Philippines. It has done an initial round of identifying possible acquisition targets and the process is expected to be completed within the current fiscal. |
This comes in the wake of the company's acquisition of a contact centre, Anipoint Group in the UK, which has a total strength of 500. Valdel has an expanding contact centre in Bangalore with close to 350 seats and a centre in the US with 500. |
