Videocon Industries today said the company board will meet on March 10 to decide the price and ratio of its rights issue.
The board would "consider and finalise the price, ratio for issue of equity shares on rights basis," Videocon Industries said in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Shares of Videocon Industries were trading at Rs 234 on BSE, down 0.87 per cent from its previous close.
