Vineet Toshniwal has joined Equirus Capital as director and will lead investment banking practice in engineering, discrete manufacturing and services.
Prior to joining Equirus, Toshniwal had successfully founded private equity Gateway.IN in 2008 wherein he had closed interesting transactions in the PE and M&A space. He has completed his MBA (Finance) from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi and is a BTech in Mechanical from National Institute of Technology, Bhopal.
Equirus Capital was founded in 2007 and is a boutique investment bank operating in mid-market segment. It offers advisory services for all capital markets related products along with services like M&A advisory, private equity fund raising and structured finance solutions. It has done 36 transaction in last four years.
