Wadia group forms JV with Pacific Health

The Wadia Group, one of the most diversified business groups in India, has tied up with Pacific Healthcare Holdings (Pacific Healthcare), a leading Singapore healthcare provider, to offer a comprehensive range of healthcare services in the country. The group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Pacific Singapore to form a 50:50 joint venture company in the growing healthcare space of India.

The proposed business plan of the joint venture will be divided into two phases"" a Cosmetic Medical Specialist Centre in phase one, and a full scale Medical Spa in phase two. The concept of a medical Spa is to provide a holistic system of healthcare combining medical services and total wellness programs in a luxurious and stress-free environment. The JV's first medical spa will be opened in Mumbai and on successful, it will be extended to other Indian cities.
