Religare Enterprises said in a statement issued on Friday that it is in no way connected with an alleged bribery scam and never entered into any dealings with Money Matters.
"There is no investigation against us pertaining to this entire matter," Religare said in the statement, after media reports named the company in relation to the alleged scam.
The statement further said that the scam had no impact on Religare's operations and working, and that the matter was between third-party urelated individuals and had no connection whatsover with Religare as a company.
