The feud over Ranbaxy patriarch Bhai Mohan Singh's will deepened as Malvinder and Shivender Singh (owners of Ranbaxy and Fortis, respectively) and Manjit Singh issuing seperate notices to the biggest beneficiary, Analjit Singh, who had filed for probate of the will yesterday.While the involved parties declined to comment, sources said the executors of the will have recieved the notices but proceedings have not yet been initiated.Max group chairman Analjit Singh had yesterday filed for probate of the will in Tis Hazari Court through Delhi-based law firm KR Chawla and Company."Besides sending separate notices against the executors, they (Malvinder, Shivender and Manjit Singh) will have to initiate proceedings on their own to challenge the case," the sources said.The two sides (other than Analjit Singh) have hinted that they will move the court.Bhai Mohan Singh had executed his last will on August 25, 2005, which was executed in the presence of Prem Sobti and Vipin Malik.As per the will, Bhai Mohan Singh is believed to have left behind residential properties in Aurangzeb Road, immovable properties in Chandigarh and Mumbai and shares of over 30 listed and a few unlisted companies.Manjit Singh, Bhai Mohan Singh's second son, has said he would claim his stake in the properties held by his parents.The will also gave Analjit Singh rights over 25 lakh shares in Ranbaxy, which have been under litigation.
