US-based Winshuttle Inc plans to infuse $1 million in the next 12-18 months to expand its Chandigarh (India) operations. Further, it plans to set up sales and marketing offices in Germany.
The company has offices in the US, the UK and France. With the expansion of its operations, the company aims to double its turnover from $ 5.5 million to $ 11 million by the end of this financial year.
In an interaction with Business Standard, Winshuttle CEO Vikram Chalana said, “We have set up our R&D centre at the Rajiv Gandhi Chandigarh Technology Park, Chandigarh. At present we have 31 engineers at the Chandigarh centre. We plan to infuse $1 million in R&D and to expand our Chandigarh operations. We plan to double our headcount at the Chandigarh office in the next one year.”
Winshuttle Inc, headquartered in Seattle, was founded by Vikram Chalana in 2003. The company is the leading provider of user-enabled data management applications.
It provides simple-to-use software solutions to SAP users in the world. More than 400 Global-2000 companies use Winshuttle solutions including Accenture, HP, Warner Bros, Infosys, AMD and Coca Cola Bottling Company Consolidated.
One of their prestigious client, Canada Post, in a case study informed that Winshuttle’s services saved them $1 million over a two-year period.
