| Addressing mediapersons during the product launch at the Hotel Amar in Agra, Managing Director T R Kabra said Ram Ratna Wires was the only company in India to have introduced "sparking proof house wiring systems", produced in a state-of-the-art plant set up using German technology. |
| According to Kabra, the wires, produced out of interwoven multiple-strand copper wires, provided protection against fired induced by electrical wiring and short-circuits, and no other company in India was using such a hi-tech production lineup. |
| He said the company was exporting to more than 56 countries, and judging from the demand for Ram Ratna products, the company had established a German online testing plant with a 200-tonne production capacity, which had begun producing copper winding wires, electric cables, and multi-level car parking systems for both industrial and household use, and these products were being exported. |
| According to Kabra, the company has an annual turnover of Rs 500 crore, and Agra played a key role in the company's business in North India, grossing an annual sale of more than Rs 4 crore, significantly more than the rest of Uttar Pradesh. |
| The target is to take sales past Rs 10 crore in Agra alone, according to him. |
