WCL Chairman and Managing Director D C Garg and Chairman of TII R H Tahiliani signed an MoU for the purpose.
The MoU makes it mandatory on part of WCL and contracting parties to abide by an integrity pact developed by TII to be fair and transparent in dealings to ensure corruption free business, a release issued here stated.
The signing of MoU is a major step towards WCL's commitment to foster ethical and corruption free environment, the release added.
