The 69,716,132 equity shares held by Khorakiwala Holdings and Investments Pvt Ltd and 442,785 equity shares held by Dr Habil Khorakiwala were released, a company statement said here.
With these, there are no promoters shares which are now pledged, the release said.
Wockhardt technology intensive global pharmaceutical and biotechnology company. It has a significant presence in USA, Europe and India, with 83% of its global revenues coming from international businesses.
