Singapore-based YCH Group, a supply chain management (SCM) solution company, is planning to invest around Rs 400 crore over the next three years to set up distriparks across the country.
The company has inaugurated its green distripark at Sripereumbdur.
“As part of the expansion plan, we will set up similar parks in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderbad and Bangalore for which we would invest Rs 300-400 crore over the next three years,” said Robert Yap, chairman and chief executive officer.
The company started its operations in India three years ago and offers solutions to IT/electronics. It is looking at entering consumer, chemical and automobile segments.
He said the company had set a target of Rs 500 crore turnover every year starting from 2012. Its turnover from India at present is around Rs 100 crore.
