Zee Telefilms today struck a deal to pick up 60% stake each in film production company Venus Films and its sister music concern Venus Tapes and Records for an undisclosed amount."We have decided to pick up stake in the two companies, though this is subject to due diligence and final approval from the board of directors of Zee Telefilms," Zee group spokesman Ashish Kaul.Venus Group director Ganesh Jain said that it had given an in-principle approval to the deal.
