Bin Jabr group, will hold 51 per cent equity in the new company while 49 per cent equity will be held by Zicom. |
| According to the agreement Zicom will be responsible for operation management, implementation, delivery and servicing of safety and security systems while Bin Jabr Group will be responsible for administration and relationship management. |
