Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) will provide dedicated network to policemen during the upcoming Simhastha to be held in Ujjain in April 2016.
“We will provide them dedicated CDMA network which will be untraceable and free from any disturbance or congestion,” said G C Pandey, chief general manager, BSNL (Madhya Pradesh).
Around 2,000 policemen are likely to use the BSNL network during the event, added Pandey.
BSNL is also working on its services to provide enhanced services during the event for visitors.
The company will have 29 towers, which include four truck-mounted towers in Ujjian during the event.
Officials informed that around 50 kilometres long optical fiber would be laid for better internet connectivity.
Apart from this, BSNL is also working to improve mobile networks in Madhya Pradesh and national highways in the state.
