Chief Economic Adviser Arvind Subramanian's Twitter account was hacked on Monday and there were at least two tweets that linked to an adult hook-up site.

As on October 17, Subramanian is being followed by 42,900 people and follow 45 people.
He is also Assistant Director in the Research Department of the International Monetary Fund.
