With a sigh of relief the Railway Board has finally got its Member Traffic. Devi Prasad Pandey has taken charge today at the Rail Bhavan. The orders for his appointment came yesterday.
A stay order had been put in place on July 3, by the Bangalore Bench of Central Administrative Tribunal on the appeal of N.C Sinha who claimed that he was entitled to the position by virtue of his seniority.
