Delhi University JAT 2016 results announced

Further selection process will be held from July 5 to 10, 2016.

The Delhi University (DU) recently announced the results of the Joint Admission Test (JAT) on its official website.  An entrance examination for admission to Bachelor of Management Studies (BMSc) ourse, B.A (Hons) and BBA (FIA) programme, JAT was conducted on June 20, 2016. 

Candidates who have successfully cleared the entrance exam will have to attend the group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI). The selection procedure will be held from July 5 to 10, 2016.

The list announced includes name of all candidates shortlisted for GD and PI. After completion of GD and PI process the final list will be announced, followed by the counselling process.

How to check DU JAT 2016 result:

1. Visit the official websit www.du.ac.in/
2. Click on the link Results of BMS/B.A.(H) Business Economics/BBA(FIA)
3. Check and save the results displayed
4. Take a print out for further reference

The conducting body for admission process will consider the performance of candidates in the entrance exam, and GD and PI for admission to BMS and BBA (FIA) courses. 

The first counselling will be held on July 5, 2016. The colleges will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of the rank secured in their respective category. It is crucial for every shortlisted candidate to attend this process. Candidate not attending the counselling process scheduled by the university will lose their admission rights. 

At the time of counselling, selected candidates need to carry their original mark sheets and certificates, downloaded mark-sheets and certificates are not allowed. Failing to do so will result in their admission being cancelled. They will have to deposit the fees for the course and fulfill the admission formalities within the specified time. The candidate will also have to provide an undertaking to the college at the time of admission that they will not take the admission to any other course or college in the University of Delhi.
