Activist and former police officer Y P Singh has alleged Arvind Kejriwal held back crucial information on the role of Agriculture Minister and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Sharad Pawar. “Details of the larger irrigation scam were not brought out,” Singh said. Yesterday, Kejriwal had alleged Bharatiya Janata Party president Nitin Gadkari had colluded with the NCP in Maharashtra to promote his business. India Against Corruption, however, denied the allegation. It said in May, it had stated while devising national agricultural policies, Sharad Pawar was influenced by vested interests. It added it had levelled charges against 15 Cabinet ministers, not just Pawar.
