The district level disaster management cell would coordinate with the general managers of regional industrial centres and district centres and take stock of available facilities with the MSMEs for disaster management and mitigation.

The cell would thereafter work out strategies for meeting the requirement for disaster mana and mitigation of larger order with assistance of other organizations and the facilities that could be extended from the state. Besides, the onus will be on the cell to work out requirement of infrastructure and logistics support.
