Shortlisting process
A multi-factor admission model is used for EPGP admissions. After the applications are submitted, an IIMB faculty committee reviews all applications along with SOP and reference letters. Shortlisted candidates are called for personal interview. Reportedly, the interview panel comprises two faculty members of IIMB and an IIMB alumnus.

The interview panel then evaluates candidates’ performance, on the basis of quality of experience/ diversity, leadership qualities, social sensitivities and extraordinary achievements.

Academic track record, GMAT scores, quality of experience and performance in the interview are scrutinized and tallied to form a composite total score. The admission offer will be made depending on the seat availability and according to merit list based on their composite total score.
