Business to the tune of Rs 4.51 crore was generated during the week-long Odisha MSME International Trade Fair 2014 here, which attracted around 2.67 lakh visitors. Jointly organised by the MSME Department of Odisha government and National Small Industries Corporation Ltd (NSIC), the international trade fair had over 270 stalls, official sources said today.
The trade fair which concluded last evening elicited good response and witnessed brisk footfall as around 2.67 lakh visitors thronged the venue. The fair brought in all facilities and information for setting up of small and medium enterprises at one place. It generated a total business of around Rs 4.51 crore besides numerous business enquiries, they added. In a significant announcement at the valedictory function, NSIC CMD H P Kumar said.
