West Bengal Congress chief Pradip Bhattacharya on Thursday said the panchayat election in West Bengal was impossible without the supervision of central forces.
Bhattacharya accused the state government of forcing the State Election Commission to go to the court on the issue."It is the state government which has forced the SEC to move the court. The SEC is absolutely right that election can't be held in Bengal without the supervision of central forces," the state Congress President said.
