Union government has decided to set up four Passport Seva Kendras in Karnataka — two in Bangalore and one each in Hubli and Mangalore — and one mini Passport Seva Kendra in Gulbarga.
External affairs minister S M Krishna informed the state government, which had made the request, in a letter yesterday.
While thanking the External Affairs Ministry, Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa, in a letter today, requested
Krishna to upgrade these Seva Kendras into full-fledged passport offices, so that all services can be availed at one place.
