With UPA candidate Pratibha Patil filing her nomination papers, the number of Presidential aspirants today rose to 15 for the July 19 poll.Two other candidates who submitted their papers today before the returning officer are Baba Hari Om from Delhi and Devidas Rao Ghodke from Hyderabad.NDA-backed independent and Vice President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat will file his nomination papers for the highest office on Monday.Filing of nomination for the Presidential poll began on June 16 and will close on June 30. The scrutiny will take place on July 2 while July 4 is the last date for withdrawal of papers.The counting of votes will take place on July 21.
