In the first major breakthrough in the 26/11 terrorist attack on Mumbai in which 166 people were gunned down by 10 heavily armed Pakistani terrorists, the Delhi Police have arrested Sayed Zabiuddin alias Abu Jindal alias Abu Hamza, who is among the top Lashker-e-Tayeba (LeT) members in India.
The 30-year-old, a resident of Georai area in Beed district of Maharashtra, was arrested by the Delhi Police on June 21 and has been sent to police custody till July 5. Jindal was arrested at the Indira Gandhi International Airport after he reached Delhi from a Gulf country. Security agencies are not disclosing the name of the country from where he came but confirm they were in touch with the security establishment in that country.
