Three-year-old Anant, son of Adobe CEO Naresh Gupta, was reunited with his parents after he was freed from the clutches of his kidnappers unharmed.

One person from neighbouring Ashok Nagar has been arrested while search is on for three other persons, police said.

Anant was kidnapped by two armed motorcycle-borne persons on Monday morning while he was about to board his school bus outside his home in Noida's sector 15 A, bordering Delhi.

According to police, he was rescued around 12:15 pm from the Noida-Bulandshahr border. Mystery shrouds whether any ransom was paid.

"I was awake the whole night and when I was about to catch some sleep, I heard shouts that Anant is back. I came down and saw him playing in the house. I have no idea how he was recovered," Gupta said.

Gupta said the family was in constant touch with the kidnappers and had received five calls in the last four days demanding Rs 60 lakh as ransom for Anant's safe release.
