About 223 large dams in four states —Kerala, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu— are to be repaired and rehabilitated under a Rs 2,100-crore World Bank aided project, Water Resources Minister Harish Rawat told Parliament on Thursday.
