In a significant judgement, the Bombay High Court has held that all the awards, unless and until they are final, cannot be challenged under the Arbitration Act 1996.
The judgement was passed by Justice F I Rebello on December 13, 2002, in the arbitration petition by Harinarayan G Bajaj and Sharedeal Financials.
