Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group Chairman Anil Ambani today reached the Supreme Court, minutes before an expected verdict on the gas dispute between Reliance Industries and his group firm RNRL.
RIL Chairman Mukesh Ambani was, however, not present.
Anil was accompanied by his group company Reliance Power CEO J P Chalasani and other senior executives.
When contacted, an RIL spokesperson said that Mukesh Ambani would not be in the court, although many of the senior executives from the Group would be present.
Earlier on November 24, 2009, also, Anil Ambani was present in the Supreme Court when hearing was on in the case.
The Supreme Court was expected to announce today its verdict on the long-drawn gas dispute between RIL and RNRL, the group companies of the two estranged billionaire brothers.
