The Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) is spending about Rs 11 crore to create additional tourism cottages and rooms in Visakhapatnam and East Godavari districts. |
"We are constructing new 111 rooms and cottages at Rushikonda, Araku, Tyda, Ananthagiri and Razolu (East Godavari district). The corporation is spending about Rs 11 crore," P Jeevan Prasad, Visakhapatnam divisional manager, APTDC, told mediapersons here. The cottages will be ready for occupation within 6-8 months, he said. |

From Sept 22, the corporation is introducing four city tour packages with attractive destinations including boat ride in the Bay of Bengal. |
