Asian markets are seen in negative zone across the board.The Nikkei after opening on a positive zone, tumbled to a low of 17,142, before recovering some ground and finally settling at 17,255 - down 110 points.The Hang Seng has shed 244 points at 19,463. The Taiwan Weighted index has dropped 57 points to 7788, and the Straits Times has slipped 39 points to 3195. The Seoul Composite index is down 13 points at 1440.The Shanghai Composite index, however, has moved up seven points to 3146.
