The Nikkei has slumped 320 points to 14,815.The Taiwan Weighted index has tumbled 130 points to 8398. The Straits Times index has slipped 33 points to 3386, and the Seould Composite index has declined eight points to 1848.The Shanghai Composite index is down 41 points at 4918.
