In comparison, for the same work in industrially advanced states like Gujarat and Karnataka it takes only one and two days respectively.
Commenting on the issue, ICC president Harsh Jha said, "There is a problem, the SWS is not being able to deliver what it promised. Independent mechanism or authority is needed to improve the system."
