The bill to set up a regulator for civil aviation sector is likely to be introduced in the winter session of Parliament."We hope that this bill would be introduced in the winter session of Parliament to create a regulator in the sector," Civil Aviation Secretary Ajay Prasad said.He said the proposal has already been discussed by inter-ministerial group and would be taken to the Cabinet soon.The need for regulator has arisen as more and more private players have entered airlines and airport business.
