Rolta has posted total income of Rs 41.33 crore in the second quarter of 1999 up 27 per cent from the corresponding period last year. Net profit increased 43 per cent to Rs 15.07 crore. The earnings per share based on second quarter results works out to Rs 10.98 on an annualised basis up from Rs 7.63 crore last year. In the first half of the calendar year, the company's total income is up 36 per cent to Rs 81.88 crore. Net profit is up 43 per cent to Rs 29.21 crore.
