BANGALORE: GDR Software Ud has announced that it will go in for an initial public offering (IPO) in early 2000 to part finance the cost of expansion. The company has embarked on a Rs 12-crore expansion plan and it expects to raise Rs 2.6 crore from the public through a par issue. The project according to the company, has been appraised by KSFC, which will also be providing the company with a term loan.
