Finance minister Yashwant Sinha has said he is preparing a blueprint to decentralise the financial authority to start projects which will be soon be taken to the Prime Minister for approval.
The finance minister told newspersons today that the initiative is part of the push for demand revival in the economy. He said he was also monitoring the availability of funds to complete private sector projects.
