Delhi's power distributor BSES, has started deploying electricity infrastructure in Sainik Farms in Delhi, according to a statement released by the company.
"BSES has begun laying its network in Sainik Farms after getting a green signal from the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC)," the statement mentions.
Seven distribution transformers, installed by BSES, have already started functioning in the region.
The company has drawn up a Rs 22 crore plan to electrify the area, which is spread over 400 acres and having a population of over 20,000.
