Business women say it with flowers

Women in Small Enterprise (WISE), the women's wing of the Mysore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI), and Floriculture Association of Nepal (FAN) have signed an MoU for exploring business opportunities in floriculture.

The MoU was signed at a meeting the members of WISE had with a 14-member team from Nepal. The MoU was signed by presidents of the two associations, Minerva Bista and Geethasri Rao.

They agreed to explore business prospects in tissue culture, plant biotechnology, farming technology and eco-tourism. It also seeks to develop hybrid flowers and plants, promote trade and eco-tourism.
