The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) today approved the proposal of Feedback Integrated Infrastructure Developers for setting up an integrated residential township in Gurgaon at an estimated cost of Rs 737.24 crore.
This was the first foreign direct investment (FDI) proposal to be cleared since FDI guidelines for the development of integrated townships were notified in January 2002.
Feedback Ventures, a Feedback Ventures Group company, and a Dalmia Group company, are the two Indian firms that have agreed to be the initial sponsors.
