China issues manual on surviving terrorist attacks

The manual issued by China's Ministry of Public Security covers 39 scenarios of terrorist attacks including explosion, arson, kidnapping, shooting and even attacks by chemical, biological and nuclear weapons.     

Terrorism has been identified as the biggest threat to the Games by China which says the threat is "unsurpassed in Olympic history."     

What to do after being abducted? Please try your best to stay calm. Don't fight back, don't meet kidnappers' eyes, don't talk, move slowly and try to hide your communication devices, advises the manual.
