Topics to be discussed under governance-driven corporate finance will be emerging trends in corporate governance and policy frameworks and governance finance. |

Topics such as valuation issues in public offering, leveraging strategic partnership, private placements, venture capital financing and preparing for international offering and listing under the accessing equity market too will be discussed at the conference. |

The mergers and acquisition session will include frameworks for financial evaluation, financial structure in mergers and acquisition, overseas acquisition and value-addition by a chief financial officer to merger and acquisition. |

The profile of delegates participating in the two-day conference include chief financial officers from the manufacturing, services and information technology sectors. Senior representative of banks, mutual funds, insurance and financial institutions, management and financial consultants will be the other participants. |
