The Company Law Board (CLB) today reserved its interim order on a petition filed by the Purnendu Chatterjee group against issuance of fresh equity shares of Haldia Petrochemicals in favour of IOC.S Balasubramanium, chairman of CLB, heard arguments from all the parties, including counsel of the West Bengal government, and posted the matter for final hearing on September 27.An interim order is expected in a day or two, officials said.
