The US secretary of state Condoleezza Rice is expected to arrive here on Saturday to sign the 123 agreement with external affairs minister Pranab Mukherjee.
Officials sources said Rice, whose visit had been delayed for over a year due to uncertanity on the Indo-US nuclear deal, would also hold talks with Mukherjee on bilateral relations.
The signing of the 123 agreement after the UN Congress has cleared the Indo-US civil nuclear deal, would make the nuclear commerce between two countries possible.
