Delhi-Gurgaon Super Connectivity Ltd, the company that runs the Delhi-Gurgaon toll plaza, on Wednesday said it was working with the authorities to resolve the outstanding issue.
“We continue to work closely with the authorities to resolve the outstanding issues,” the company said in a release.
The National Highways Association of India (NHAI) has accused the concessionaire, Delhi-Gurgaon Super Connectivity Ltd, of fraud in the form of refinancing the project without getting its approval. The notice says the company changed lenders twice to raise loan of Rs 1,597 crore. In second instance, it did not seek the authority’s permission.
