The project would put infrastructure in the state on fast track, state Public Works Department minister Gulab Singh Thakur said today.
Thakur said the project includes upgradation of 436 km of state highways and all major roads in the districts.
The minister said total cost of the project is Rs 1365.43 crore, out of which Rs 990 crore would be a World Bank loan and Rs 375.43 crore the borrower component.
The minister said 90 per cent of the proceeds of this loan amount of Rs 990 crore would made available to the state by the Centre on a grant basis.
