The Dow Jones industrial average moved up 22 points to 13,635. The Nasdaq ended unchanged for the second consecutive day at 2627.Indian ADRs were mostly up. ICICI Bank zoomed over 5% to $49.69. VSNL soared 4% to $22.80. Wipro, HDFC Bank, MTNL and Tata Motors were the other major gainers. Satyam, however, slipped 1% to $25.44.
